Granting Support Login Access

For troubleshooting and support, we may request that you grant us login access. Cloud Builders, LLC provides support for Text Anything. To grant login access:

  1. Go to your profile and “Settings”

  2. Select “Grant Account Login Access

  3. Set an access duration and send us an email notification that you have given us access to your org
